Delivery within India:

  • We offer shipping across India through trusted courier partners.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery times may vary based on location, but most orders arrive within 7-10 working days.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking info via email or WhatsApp.​

 

International Shipping:

  • We offer worldwide shipping for select products. Shipping costs and delivery timelines depend on the destination.

  • For international orders, please contact us before placing your order to get a shipping quote and estimated delivery time.

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges levied by your country are the buyer’s responsibility.

 

Packaging:

  • Every item is securely packed, often with eco-friendly / recycled materials, to ensure it arrives safely.

  • We specialise in fragile items like ceramics, brassware, and collectables, and our packaging reflects the care these require.

 

Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size/weight of your order.

  • For orders within Madurai, Chennai or Bangalore, we may offer free local delivery or pickup options. Please get in touch with us for details.

Return & Exchange Policy

Every item we offer is carefully sourced, often one-of-a-kind, and carries its own unique story. Due to the nature of vintage and antique products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before making a purchase.

Important Notes:

  • All Sales Are Final: As our pieces are vintage and often delicate, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

  • Condition of Items: Each product is sold as described and shown in photographs. Minor imperfections, signs of age, or wear are part of the charm and history of vintage and antique pieces.

Damaged Items (In Transit):

While we take great care in packaging, if your order arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • We will work with you to assess the damage and explore a resolution, which may include a replacement (if available) or a refund.
